January - Physical Exercise

Every single day in January, I did physical exercise.

I realize this is the most generic New Years resolution.

But it's still challenging.

Some days, I would be brushing my teeth and realize, "I have done nothing but sit in a chair, and in my car all day!"  and I would do 20 sit ups before getting into bed.

No great takeaways other than:

Exercise makes me:
-physically stronger
-mentally clearer
-spiritually (more) receptive
-emotionally (more) balanced

January Goal: Exercise Every Day :::::: accomplished
